    My name is Susan and I work in the accounting department. I happned to hear that you are looking to promote someone within our company to the position of manager of the accounting department, and I felt a need to write you this letter. I think Victoria Kimball, my department colleague, is an ideal candidate for the position. She is always on time, she never leaves early, and she does exccellent work while she is here. It is obvious to both me and the rest of our colleagues that she has a natural talent for what she does. Her clients love her and so de we. She is always quick to help with whatever we need no matter what it is. She is a fantastic employee and deserves the position. You would not regret choosing her. As you are thinking about who might best fit into the position, I hope you will consider Victoria.
